Friends of Los Feliz Library was formed in 1993 as a California non-profit. FOLFL is an independent voice advocating for the library and services provided to its constituents.

Through memberships, donations, and fundraising, FOLFL provides supplemental funding for the necessities that help to keep the Los Feliz Branch library a relevant and vibrant cornerstone of the Los Feliz community.

Los Feliz Branch Library is proud to be one of the 73 libraries in the Los Angeles Public Library system.

With the major support of FOLFL, Los Feliz
Branch Library continues to meet the needs of local library-goers by providing free and equitable access to information and knowledge through programming, education, technology, or the printed page.

In the recent election, 418,121 ballots were collected in the Los Angeles Public Library Ballot boxes scattered throughout the city. This number will hopefully grow in coming elections.
